In addition to training opportunities and other research programming, the Center will provide two primary models of direct support: consultation and project support. The Consultation Model is designed to provide succint, realtime, and actionable feedback directly to researchers to help them move along in their projects. Support is primarily limited to during meeting time, and the consultee will be asked to lead the process by identifying their questions and applying feedback and steps within their documents.

The Project Support Model is offered to provide more indepth and ongoing assistance, with the Center/Affiliates implementing and leading whatever is requested. Projects are likely to span across weeks and months, and require intensive work and research done by the Center/Affiliate. To see a list of examples of project support, visit the Affiliates website.
